Postage is calculated at checkout
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days with tracking number.
If your order is sent back to The Tiny Little Dreamer due to incorrect address being supplied at the time of checkout you will be charged an extra shipping cost to get it redelivered. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

Please note we have a 10% re-stocking fee on cancelled orders.

Australia Post is our preferred postage carrier. We do also use Amarax, Courier's Please and Sendle.
You may opt for extra insurance (please email us if you’d like us to invoice you for this extra charge)
Any damage claims must be lodged by you at your local post office or via the appropriate courier service.

Once an item is shipped we have no further control over the package. All orders are packed safely in sturdy cardboard, however accidents can happen whilst in transit.
Postage is sent Parcel Post if you require Express post please email us and we will send an invoice for the extra Express payment. Express is not guaranteed next day delivery.
