1. What age range are The Tiny Little Dreamer journals suitable for?
- Our journals are designed to cater to everyone and anyone! They are designed to grow with those who are writing in their pages, and the way each individual person approaches the questions and prompts will evolve as they grow and mature.
- Our new Letters With You can be enjoyed by adults and children, whether for nostalgic reminiscing, self discovery or as a creative outlet for self-expression.
2. Are the journals gender/language-neutral?
- Our books are intentionally designed to be gender and language neutral, ensuring they are inclusive and welcoming to all children and families, regardless of gender identity or family structure.
3. Can I customise or personalise the journals?
- At the moment, we do not offer customisation or personalisation services for our journals. However, we're always open to feedback and suggestions from our customers, so feel free to reach out with any ideas you may have!
4. Are the journals suitable for multiple children in one family?
- Our journals are crafted to foster shared experiences within families, between caregivers and children, among siblings, or even among friends. While 'Fifty Questions' provides space for individual answers, its questions can be asked as a family. Meanwhile, 'Letters With You' offers a more open structure, limited only to one's imagination.
5. Are the journals eco-friendly and sustainable?
- Yes, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact and strive to make our products as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. Our journals are made in Australia and are printed using environmentally friendly processes and materials. We also practice minimalist packaging, ensuring all packaging is either recycled, recyclable, compostable or reusable. We also keep things simple, avoiding any unnecessary packaging where possible.
6. How do I care for and maintain my journal?
- To ensure the longevity of your journal, we recommend storing it in the dustbag provided in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposing the journal to moisture or extreme temperatures, as this may cause damage to the pages or cover.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please refer to our shipping policy for a list of eligible countries and shipping rates.
8. What is your return or exchange policy for journal purchases?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your journal, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that seconds sale stock are not eligible for returns or refunds.
